What a compact, elegant design! Yet, it has enough heft to sit securely on the counter. In part due to its weight, though, I would not be inclined to carry it around, especially in a purse. I might find other uses for the lanyard and pouch, but perhaps they should be considered optional accessories. The delightful cardboard packaging is simple, yet ingenious. The instructions are not entirely accurate as far as indicator lights go. Also, the puzzling, non-English error message is not explained. My first unit had a few glitches, but customer service was very responsive (though it did take some persistence to reach them initially), and the replacement is fine so far. All in all, it's a terrific concept and a great solution for our tiny powder room, with its whisper-quiet Real Fan.

This beautifully designed product is small and compact, and looks good in the bathroom. Love that it doesn't take up too much space, looks nice and clean, is made to not slip or slide around, and several options of white noise. Although its very easy to change between different options, I would find a design where each different option was numbered instead of having to keep pushing the button through different options each time. Also, it seem like the box is programmed in what I believe is Korean, so when the battery is getting low, I think it's when a Korean woman's voice says something. It would just be helpful if it could be programmed to speak in English as well or have another way of telling the status of the battery. Lastly, it just seems like the battery doesn't last. We are just a family of 3 that uses this product in our bathroom and don't have it on for long periods of time. But it still dies almost every day. Overall happy with my purchase but just a few things that need to be worked on for future models.
