Return for Refund
 
If you would like to return your Faux Fan® product for a refund we totally understand (sh*t happens). That is why we offer a 30-day Money Back Guarantee on all our products. This allows you to return a product for a different color, size, or to receive a refund. We have designed this process to be as simple and painless as humanly possible.

 
Return Process
 
To start the return process, please email support@fauxfan.com explaining the reason for your return (exchange, warranty, etc.) and we will reply with instructions. Please ensure that the original purchaser is who contacts Faux Fan® about the return. You will then receive instructions, including an RMA number that will be required for us to process your return.

 
For your order to be eligible for the 30-day Money Back return or exchange, the product must be in “brand new condition.” You are more than welcome to take the unit out and turn it on to see whether you like it or not. However, if you decide that you would like to return it, we must receive it in an undamaged and unused state. If the unit is damaged, marked, or altered in any way, it will be ineligible for the 30-day Money Back, Guarantee. Additionally, the 30 days begins from the date you receive the product, not the day you open it.
 
Refunds
 
Once your return item has been received, we will contact you within 1 to 3 business days to confirm the state or condition of the returned product and notify you whether or not we will accept or deny the return based on its condition. If the returned product is in “brand new condition” and we accept your return, your refund will be applied to your original form of payment, minus our original shipping costs. Please note a restocking fee may apply. 
 
If you are exchanging your product for a more expensive one that requires you to pay more money, either for the product or for shipping, we will hold the order until payment has been made.
 
Shipping Process
 
Faux Fan® Strives to have extremely fast and efficient shipping and handling. Once your order has been placed, we will ship your items on the following business day using our standard fee shipping option. You can expect your order within 2 to 5 business days of its shipping date. If you would like to expedite your order, please email support@fauxfan.com for shipping options.

 
Products Damaged in Shipping
 
While we package all of our items to ensure that you receive them in pristine condition, accidents en-route do happen. If you receive a damaged product due to shipping, you must notify our team within 72 hours of the delivery date, including delivery to P.O. boxes. Once we receive notice that your item was damaged during shipping, we will issue a return label for the item. Once we receive and inspect the damaged product, we will send a replacement product free of charge.
 
Faux Fan® is only responsible for shipping your order to the delivery address entered at time of checkout. If this address is inadvertently entered incorrectly, please contact us as soon as possible to avoid shipping delays. If the order has been shipped with an incorrect address, Faux Fan® is in no way liable or responsible for refunding or reshipping these orders. Further, Faux Fan® is not responsible or liable for lost or stolen items once the package has been delivered. If your package has been stolen, please contact your local law enforcement authority to report the theft. Alternatively contact the shipping carrier for lost packages. 

If orders are sent back to Faux Fan® due to missing the delivery window (upon signature request) the individual is then responsible for paying additional shipping charges. 

 
Availability
 
While we pride ourselves on keeping all our items in stock, there are times that our customers may place an order that is temporarily out of stock. If this occurs, we will notify you immediately with estimated shipping date range, as well as possible in-stock items that you may want to order instead.  

Cancellations
 
Your order can be cancelled at any time prior to its shipping date. If your order has shipped before you have attempted to cancel, please refer to our Return Policy.
