Faux Fan® strives to have extremely fast and efficient shipping and handling. Once your order has been placed, we will ship your items on the following business day using our standard fee shipping option. Standard: 10-15 business days. This is an average estimate from UPS and can take less or more time, depending on the season, weather and shipping conditions.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Customs Regulations Weather Conditions and other factors may affect shipments that are going to international addresses. These are governed by UPS & USPS and not by Faux Fan®. Due to the constant change in Customs Fees for every individual country, we can not guarantee that your country will or will not have customs fees added onto your order. If customs fees are due at the time of pick up, the customer is responsible for these charges. Packages can take between 3-5 business days to arrive at the international carrier. It may then take an additional 10-15 business days to be delivered, depending on your country. If you have not received your package after 20 business days of receiving your tracking number please contact support@fauxfan.com
