I bought this for my husband after our bathroom fan was updated and he found it to be too quiet. He absolutely loves the Faux Fan because it replicates the sound our old bathroom fan used to make. I am thrilled because I like how quiet our new bathroom fan is, so this is the perfect compromise for us. Thank you!

I ordered two (2) Faux Fans on March 25, 2026. My order arrived on April 20, but the package contained only one of the two Faux Fans I purchased. I contacted customer support by email the same day, followed up through the website contact form two days later, and two days after that sent another notice by email and through the website requesting that the missing item be sent or a partial refund issued. I never received a response or acknowledgment to any of my communications. Unfortunately, I was unable to resolve the issue with the company.

What a compact, elegant design! Yet, it has enough heft to sit securely on the counter. In part due to its weight, though, I would not be inclined to carry it around, especially in a purse. I might find other uses for the lanyard and pouch, but perhaps they should be considered optional accessories. The delightful cardboard packaging is simple, yet ingenious. The instructions are not entirely accurate as far as indicator lights go. Also, the puzzling, non-English error message is not explained. My first unit had a few glitches, but customer service was very responsive (though it did take some persistence to reach them initially), and the replacement is fine so far. All in all, it's a terrific concept and a great solution for our tiny powder room, with its whisper-quiet Real Fan.
